The Tech Innovation Awards 2026 celebrate the individuals, organisations, and projects driving digital transformation across the UK property industry. New for 2026, the Tech Innovation Seminar takes place ahead of the ceremony, offering key insights and trends to help professionals stay competitive and up to date with the latest PropTech developments.

The Tech Innovation Awards & Seminar will take place on 16 October at the Kia Oval in London. The event will be a daytime event. Official event timings to follow.
