Entries are welcome for projects and achievements delivered within the last two years. Each category includes a concise summary and clear judging criteria. Supporting material should include KPIs, case studies, client testimonials, platform metrics or user data where relevant.

Recognising an individual who has driven digital transformation within commercial and/or residential real estate. This award celebrates leadership, vision, and measurable change through tech adoption. It is open to senior leaders or emerging voices who are helping reshape the industry through technology.

Recognising an early-career individual within a PropTech business delivering standout innovation.
Rising Star – Real Estate Company
Awarding an emerging individual in a real estate firm championing technology and innovation.
Property Company – Tech-Led Innovation
Honouring a real estate company driving meaningful change through technology across any property type. This award looks at cross-team adoption and the integration of PropTech into business strategy. Entries should demonstrate leadership, results and cross-functional adoption.
Commercial Innovation in PropTech
Open to PropTech companies offering products or platforms designed for the commercial property sector. This category also welcomes entries where innovation applies to predominantly commercial elements of mixed-use schemes. Commercial includes office, industrial, logistics, retail, leisure, life sciences and data centres.
Residential Innovation in PropTech
Open to PropTech companies offering products or platforms designed for the residential property sector. This award looks at cross-team adoption and the integration of PropTech into business strategy. Entries should demonstrate leadership, results and cross-functional adoption.
This category also welcomes entries where innovation applies to predominantly residential elements of mixed-use schemes. Residential includes later living, build-to-rent (BTR), co-living and student accommodation.
Best Smart Building Technology
Awarding tech that enhances building performance, automation and user experience. Open to building management platforms, sensor-led systems or intelligent infrastructure solutions. Judges are looking for innovation and quantifiable outcomes.
Best Property Management Solution
Celebrating tech that enhances property operations and tenant services. These may include integrated platforms used by landlords, agents or operators to streamline day-to-day management. Solutions may cover maintenance, compliance or tenant communication.
Fintech Solution of the Year
Awarding financial technology that enhances transactions, investment or funding in real estate. Entries can range from digital platforms to AI-led analytics improving access to capital.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection in Property
Celebrating innovations that protect sensitive data and digital systems in real estate. Solutions may span smart building security, cloud resilience or GDPR-compliant systems.
Most Impactful Construction Tech
Recognises tech transforming construction processes, delivery or safety. This includes tools supporting planning, modular build, offsite manufacturing or digital twin applications. Entries should show cost, time or risk improvements.
Best Flexible & Hybrid Workplace Tech
Awarding tech enabling coworking, hybrid models or agile workspaces. Tools may range from user-facing apps to back-end utilisation platforms.
Best Infrastructure & Smart Cities Tech
Celebrating innovation in urban tech, mobility, energy or city-scale systems. Open to technologies shaping how cities connect people, places and data.
Climate Tech Award
Recognising PropTech that supports ESG goals or carbon reduction in the built environment. Entries should demonstrate how tech is enabling measurable progress towards sustainability targets. Entries should show measurable environmental benefit.
Best Governance & Risk Solution
Awarding technology that improves compliance, transparency or risk mitigation in real estate. Solutions may include legal, audit, regulatory or data-focused applications. Open to legal, financial and operational risk platforms.
Best Community & Social Impact Technology
Celebrates PropTech improving accessibility, inclusion or community engagement. Projects that enable social value creation through technology are encouraged to apply. Entries must show tangible social impact.
Digital Transformation & Data Excellence
Combining digital transformation and analytics into one award for outstanding use of tech and data to modernise operations. Entries should demonstrate process improvement and insight-driven innovation.
Marketing & Brand Awareness Innovation
Recognising marketing campaigns, personalisation tools or research-led initiatives that raise brand profile or deliver measurable impact. This category includes brand strategy, market insight and communications tech. Includes innovations in content, strategy and digital engagement.
Best Affordable Housing Innovation
Recognising tech improving access, cost or speed of delivery in affordable housing. This includes planning, modular design, funding or allocation platforms.
Deal of the Year
Awarding a significant transaction that used PropTech to enhance delivery, value or efficiency. Could include acquisitions, major leasing agreements, funding rounds or M&A deals.
Best Use of AI in Property
Celebrates an outstanding application of AI in residential, commercial or mixed-use property. Entries should demonstrate how AI is delivering real-world performance and insight.
PropTech Collaboration of the Year
Recognising a successful partnership between a PropTech company and a property business that has delivered tangible impact through collaboration.
Best International PropTech Company
For a non-UK headquartered PropTech company with a strong UK presence. Entries must demonstrate strong traction in the UK and value creation for the local market. Entries must show relevance, growth and adoption in the UK market.
Outstanding Achievement Award
A special recognition awarded exclusively by the judging panel to an individual or organisation demonstrating exceptional contribution to the PropTech industry.
