Residential Innovation in PropTech

Open to PropTech companies offering products or platforms designed for the residential property sector. This award looks at cross-team adoption and the integration of PropTech into business strategy. Entries should demonstrate leadership, results and cross-functional adoption.

This category also welcomes entries where innovation applies to predominantly residential elements of mixed-use schemes. Residential includes later living, build-to-rent (BTR), co-living and student accommodation.
