Nik oversees the company’s retail shopping centre portfolio, a key role within the business with London Retail representing c. 40% of NewRiver’s portfolio by value. Nik has over 19 years of retail real estate experience across both owners and occupiers, blending a strong track record of driving asset performance and a valuable occupier-led perspective. Nik was previously Head of Retail Asset Management at Landsec, with responsibility for a substantial and diverse retail portfolio. Earlier in his career, Nik held senior roles at leading retail brands including Hackett, AllSaints and 7 For All Mankind, providing a strong consumer and occupier perspective that aligns closely with NewRiver’s focus on customer experience.

Nik is also a Strategic Advisor for Lone Design Club (LDC), the proptech platform who provide the next generation of top brands with access to the best physical retail spaces.
