VP Singh is Co-Founder and COO of VerbaFlo, the AI operating system for residential real estate communication and Europe's largest AI company built for the sector. From its London base, VerbaFlo runs resident and prospect conversations across web chat, WhatsApp, email, voice and four other channels for 50+ operators, covering more than 300,000 units in 12 countries, and resolves 80 to 90% of enquiries without a human. Clients include Way of Life (Long Harbour), Vivus (Kennedy Wilson), Allsop, Moda, Hines, Homes for Students, Fusion and LSE. VP has spent over a decade in residential operations, including early roles at Lavanda, where he led a 29-strong client operations team across the UK and Europe, and as Director of Operations at UnderTheDoormat. He holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Edinburgh and a chemical engineering degree from IIT Roorkee.
